Term: Lifetime Limited Warranty

For the original purchaser and owner-occupied residences, we warrant the digital print against fading, peeling, or wearing through for the life of the product. Our kiln-fired process ensures that even in high-moisture areas like home saunas or outdoor patios, the aesthetic remains permanent.

Commercial & Hospitality

Term: 5-Year Limited Warranty

Specifically engineered for high-traffic environments, ramps, and public aquatic facilities. This 5-year term provides explicit protection for surface integrity in demanding architectural applications—tripling the standard 18-month coverage typically found in the industry. Performance Guidelines & Maintenance

To maintain warranty coverage and ensure the long-term safety properties of the tile, the following care is required:

  • Routine Cleaning: Regularly remove surface abrasives like sand, grit, and soil which can cause surface wear over time.
  • Proactive Protection: Use felt protectors on heavy furniture and avoid dragging metal or sharp objects across the decorative surface.
  • Chemical Safety: Use pH-neutral cleaners specifically designed for porcelain tile. Avoid highly corrosive or concentrated acid-based cleaners.
  • Professional Installation: Tiles must be installed in accordance with TCNA (Tile Council of North America) standards for the specific environment, such as ramps or wet areas.

Manufacturing Defects & Remedies

This warranty covers manufacturing and print defects but excludes damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or exposure to abrasives beyond specified levels. Visible defects must be reported prior to installation.

Upon a valid claim, Custom Tiles, LLC will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the cost of the tile material. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
